A labour of love, the Encore Website was the first site of considerable size and scope that I was entrusted with back in 2017 when I was working for AHH (Affordable Housing & Healthcare Group). At the time it was built, each of the homes that operated under the Encore name had their own individual websites. The purpose of this site, was to unify all of the homes under one banner – but allow them to retain their individuality.
Unlike other sites operated by the business, budget constraints were ever-present, and it fell to me and the marketing manager for Encore to find cost effective solutions for delivering positive user experiences when interacting with the site.
Right up to the point I parted ways with AHH and continuing into my journey running Mad-Ronin, the Encore website continues to have one of the highest conversion rates in the business – and I am immensely proud to have been the one to put it together.
